Growing Upward in Christ – Real Faith for Real Teens
Our Youth Ministry exists to help the next generation grow upward in their relationship with Christ, fully embracing the church’s mission to reflect God’s love by reaching and impacting others with the life-transforming Gospel. We provide relevant Bible teaching, meaningful friendships, and exciting activities that equip teens (typically grades 6–12) to live boldly for Jesus in school, home, and the world, all while strengthening family ties through parent involvement.
Teens experience real growth: stronger faith foundations, confidence in sharing their beliefs, lifelong friendships, and a sense of purpose. We partner with parents to disciple young people who will reflect Christ’s love in their generation.
Wednesday Night Youth Group
Bible teaching, small group discussions, games, and worship.
Sunday Small Groups / Sunday School
Age-appropriate studies to build faith and community.
Events & Outings
Movie nights, retreats, camps, service projects, and fun adventures. We're fostering bonds and outreach opportunities.
Leadership & Discipleship
Training for teen leaders, mentoring, and mission trips to impact others locally and beyond.

Meet Our Youth Ministry Leader
Tyler Norris works alongside Pastor Deas as our Teens Ministry Leader.
Tyler and Sarah have been married since September of 2024 and have been serving as youth leaders since October of 2025. Tyler has a passion to see this generation, and those following, first and foremost come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, and then to grow in that relationship to become more like Jesus. Tyler and his wife Sarah enjoy spending time with the youth, getting to know them better through youth events, understanding and participating in some of their hobbies, as well as making themselves relatable to the youth. They always look forward to meeting new people and love to learn about other people’s life stories.
