About Forest Hills Baptist Church

For years, Forest Hills Baptist Church has stood as a faithful community in Burgaw, gathering believers to worship, pray, and serve under the authority of God’s Word. We’ve seen God at work building genuine relationships and bold faith among families from all walks of life. Now, with Pastor Brandon Deas leading us, we’re embracing this fresh season. A season where families are stepping into deeper purpose, people of all ages are finding fellowship, and the whole church is mobilized to reflect Christ’s love in everyday life.

Our mission is to Reflect God’s Love by reaching and impacting others with the life-transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ. We live this out by leading people to encounter Jesus personally, equipping them to grow in faith through biblical teaching, prayer, worship, and authentic community. We’re passionate about young families, helping men lead their homes with conviction and purpose, providing engaging spaces for kids and youth to discover truth, creating environments where women thrive, and helping those of all ages serve the Lord together. Faith here isn’t just believed. It’s lived out together in evangelism, missions, and loving one another as Christ loves us!

Looking forward, our vision is to saturate Southeast North Carolina with the Good News and making disciples who reflect God’s love in their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods.
