At Forest Hills Baptist Church, our Men’s Ministry is built on the church’s mission to reflect God’s love by reaching and impacting others with the life-transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ. We focus on equipping men to grow in biblical manhood, lead their families with conviction and purpose, and live out faith authentically in daily life. Through real brotherhood, solid teaching, and practical accountability, we create a space where men challenge each other to be stronger disciples, better leaders at home, and active servants in the community.

Meet Our Men’s Ministry Leader

Randy Sutherland works alongside Pastor Deas as our Men’s Discipleship Director.

Randy is passionate about encouraging others to live boldly for Jesus through biblical community (Matthew 28:19). He serves as the men’s discipleship director. Randy enjoys God’s Word and great conversations. He is married to Sarah whom He cherishes deeply.

Randy enjoys hunting and farming the land he was raised on and feels blessed every day that God allows him to wake to the sunrise and worship Him.
